+ RATES
Fees for counseling services will be discussed prior to scheduling the initial appointment.
+ INSURANCE
While I do not participate with any health care providers, many insurance companies offer “out of network” mental health benefits. Please check with your insurance company prior to the first session to determine if seeing a Licensed Clinical Social Worker qualifies for reimbursement. I can provide receipts that will assist with the reimbursement process. Full payment for service is expected at the completion of each session.
+ PAYMENT
I accept cash, check and debit cards as forms of payment.
+ CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
